Good song overall. The lack of effects was surprisingly effective in getting a raw, ethnic feel across. Good diversity too, no 2 parts of the song are the same. The looping could be a little better, but I love the vocals. Good submittion, the song had a nice foundation through out I never lost interest. 4/5
not a bad demo
cool, good quality instruments, gets the "jumbled yet organized" mood across well. the bass is pretty cool, nice percussion rhythms.
the only thing i might not stay with would be the off key, quiet synth. i dunno, might just be me, but it didn't really sound that great with the rest of the instruments.

Sweet melody, the one going on at around 1:15. that is my favorite part of the song. the gabberish kick in the beginning doesn't really fit well i thought. nice build up. you didn't let me down at the end of it either. great "climax"
You had some good rhythms going, but the closed hihats playing for a lot of the song kind of sounded disorganized. i mean, i know they were on beat, but maybe you should have had those triple eighth notes (or whatever rhythm they play every odd beat) might have been better every other or every fourth odd beat.
good use of effects, like flange and panning. kept me interested. the shift to goa was cool. why was the punchy 38 before that muffled though? i cant tell whether it's just too quiet or you took the bass off of it, but it's nearly inaudible! oh well, you had so much other good stuff going on that it was alright.
how did you get that bass going in that last goa part? that was pretty sick.

i can hear what you mean about the hats... i actually noticed that while uploading but it would have taken too long to change. the reason the kick went away, as with a bunch of other things, is the balancing was thrown off- the bass would be eaten by the bass. a lot of those things were just my neglecting to pay attention to them.
i'm glad you liked the climax, that was a melody i'm quite proud of. and yeah, the transitions were something i was really trying to get down pat, so i could blend 3 genres and parts together without sounding forced. the goa bass was wasp or something and then i just eq'd and modulated the cutoff frequency.
